Introducing S.A.F.E. a subscription-based service for the proactive protection of high value property during extreme weather events in the Southeast.
Why a subscription service?
As soon as a major storm is predicted to impact an area, time is of the essence. Road closures begin, evacuations may be pending, access becomes limited, and supplies may be constrained. A S.A.F.E. subscription provides for the timely collection and removal of your valuable artwork, its proper handling and packing, and its transportation to safe storage until the storm passes.
How does the subscription work?
STEP 1:
Atelier 4 conducts a site visit to measure your property, perform an in situ visual inspection report and plan for the removal of the work(s).
STEP 2:
Atelier 4 creates a custom crate or equivalently appropriate packing to the specific dimensions of each work and stores the crate / packing in our Charlotte warehouse.
STEP 3:
As soon as a storm is predicted to impact your area, Atelier 4 will contact you to schedule collection of the work(s).
STEP 4:
Atelier 4 stores your property in our state-of-the-art facility in Charlotte until the storm passes and authorities allow access to the affected area.
STEP 5:
Atelier 4 returns your property and re installs it. Our custom-built crates / packing are then returned to storage in Charlotte until the next time they are needed.
Coverage:
Our S.A.F.E. coverage area includes the following counties in SC: Beaufort, Charleston, Georgetown, Horry and all counties east in SC.
In NC, we cover Brunswick, New Hanover, Pender, Onslow, and all counties west/southwest in NC. (Carteret and counties north of Onslow and into the Outer Banks carry an additional fee. Please contact us to confirm your county's monthly fee.)
