Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned client projects across all lines of business, while ensuring responsiveness, high-touch service and overall client satisfaction. This role requires the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to the highest level of detail.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate client projects, ensuring accuracy, timely response and flawless execution.
Collaborate with the Director of Museum and Exhibition Services, Director of Private Client and Commercial Services, Operations, and members of the Executive Committee to meet client expectations.
Manage budgets, timelines, client communications, invoicing, billing and cost-tracking for assigned projects.
Ensure compliance with best practices in fine art handling, transport, and storage.
Participate in sales meetings and the Company’s overall growth strategies.
Refer incoming sales opportunities to and collaborate with the respective Director for estimating and booking.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred; trade school or experiential equivalent considered
3+ years of experience in client management or project management within fine art services, logistics, or luxury client services.
Strong network within the art world, particularly among museums, galleries, dealers, art advisors, and private clients and auction houses.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and oversee projects with precision.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite; knowledge of Oracle NetSuite a plus.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications
