For more than 35 years, Atelier 4 has been a provider of high-touch, skilled transportation, handling, storage and installation services for owners of valuable objects. Atelier 4’s Concierge Services build on those decades of experience and expertise by providing end-to-end project management for household moves, life transitions, and planning for tangible assets.
Our Project Management team, led by a dedicated Concierge Associate, will coordinate all related services, including:
Vetting, sourcing and oversight of arts services providers (e.g. appraisers, conservators, and framers
Vetting, sourcing and oversight of advisory providers (e.g. tax, legal, and insurance professionals)
Disposition advisory and project management (e.g. downsizing, estate moves, “broom cleans,” household property distribution and disposition)
Import / Export and Customs advisory, management and brokerage
Atelier 4’s Concierge Services are conflict free. We do not provide tax or legal advice; we do not appraise art, nor do we broker art transactions. We never take commissions from vendor partners.
Our Concierge Services are available on an hourly fee or flat-fee basis for one-time projects. For clients with ongoing consultative and project management needs, we also offer our Concierge Services as a monthly subscription with built-in discounts for our logistics services.
